This book made me quit smoking pot, quit taking acid, anmd even though it
wasn't in the book, quit taking Extacy... the things in this book are so
astonishing that i feel anyone who as ever, taken any drug, or even is just a
drinker they should read it. it made me evaluate what i was doing to myself
and my parents. It completely changed my life. --Cathy
i think that the best book that i've ever read in my life,
would have to be "The hanged man"-by Francesca Lia Block.
she's an amazing writer, and it really touched me. It showed
me that you dont have to hide how you feel inside, and that other
people will change your life completly. I love francesca.
she's my favorite writer, and i think that all of her work is
just compleltly resplendent. and i hope she puts out more books soon.

the best book i've read is "The perks of being a
wallflower" by Stephen Chbosky
it takes place freshman year of high school. the main
character-charlie meets new friend and experiments all
sorts of things such as sex, drugs, friendship,
family, death and happiness.
"the perks..." will make you cry and laugh at the same
time.
the book changed my life and the way that i look at
things and feel about things. it is truly an
inspiration. --Rocio
The Wind blows backwards is one of the best books that i think i've ever
read. it changes the way you see your family, and the perfect family next
door. it also shows that you can fall inlove at any age and that some times
love is more powerful that most anything, and its the most anything part that
makes the book really good. --Elizabeth
I just finished reading Summer Sisters by Judy Blume and it is such a great
book. It makes you think about where you are going and where you have been.
It truly helps you relate and connect with the characters in some shape or
form. I recommend this book to anyone wanting to take a better look at life. --Marie
